Millets like jowar, bajra, and ragi are rich in fiber & minerals and keep you fuller longer—making them better for weight loss than polished rice or refined wheat. 🌾

But that doesn’t make wheat or rice bad! When paired with:
✅ Protein (dal, eggs, paneer, etc.)
✅ Fiber (veggies, fruits, salads)
✅ Portion control

—they can still be part of a healthy diet.

Weight loss = balanced meals + calorie deficit + consistent movement. 💪

Oats Paneer Appam

Ingredients :
Home made Paneer - 1 cup (200-250gms)
Powdered Oats - 1/4th cup
Besan flour - 2 tbsp
Bell peppers - 3/4th cup (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 small (grated)
Chopped Coriander - 2tbsp
Basil leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilli paste, Salt, Chilli flakes & Mix herbs as per taste

Recipe :

-Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls.
-Roast it in Appe Platte on both the sides with little oil till it turns golden brown.
-Can Serve with homemade Salsa / Green chutney.

Curry leaves are rich in antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties and regular use of it can add many health benefits when consumed on empty stomach.
Different ways you can add curry leaves in your diet :-

You can eat raw curry leaves 2-3
You can dry roast and powdered it.
You can make curry leaves water by boil 7-8 leaves in 1 glass of water.
Use in making chutney or veggie juice.
Don't remove or discard it when you see in your dals/kadhi/sabzi/chutney etc eat it.
