We should do our work without worrying about its results. When we work for getting a result from a particular action, we can’t really be our best in it. So, just doing our work without really thinking about its result should be our motive. I strongly believe in this philosophy.
There was no intention of starting Yoga classes initially. I started my journey as a yoga student somewhere in year 2012 when I shifted from Delhi to Mumbai due to my husband’s job relocation. In the beginning I was very irregular in attaining classes and was not taking interest. It is said “ Do actions or tasks that are uninteresting - this also develops will power. The actions that are uninteresting will become interesting after some time.”
With passing of time, I engrossed in Yoga learning. In the year 2017, I got confidence in my Asanas and other nitty-gritty of Yoga. Then one thing popped in my mind, “Sharing is caring”. Knowledge is of no use, if it s not shared with others.
Keeping that in my mind, I started my first Yoga batch on “International Yoga Day”, i.e., 21st June 2018.
