A viral YouTube video by the channel Trustified claimed that a batch of Eggoz eggs tested positive for traces of AOZ, a metabolite of banned antibiotics (nitrofurans and nitroimidazoles) that are associated with DNA damage and potential cancer risk. The video suggested the eggs could be “cancer-causing.

Nitrofurans are prohibited in poultry because they can be genotoxic. However, regulatory tolerance levels and enforcement vary by country.

as of now we can avoid the specific brand and consume eggs from local vendors till further guidelines.

"This is my journey from an IT Professional to Training Specialist.

I had good knowledge about nutrition and training and helped many people transform over the last few years. However, I was not able to achieve my dream physique of having those shredded abs and a defined back because that extra push was missing.

Last year, I fractured my leg due to which I could not work out as I used to. This resulted in me gaining a lot of fat. I got the opportunity to be part of Fittr as a Training Specialist, and I knew this time I have to be in the best shape of my life.

During this time, I met my coach, Rohit/ Rocky who on the very first interaction, told me that he would help me achieve my dream physique. And we did it! He always helped me and set higher goals.

"I was always lean since childhood until I shifted my base to a new city in 2010. I started gaining weight abruptly and failed to control it despite being physically very active.
