Free Spirited is a beautifully crafted amalgamation of products and services, started in 2011 by Muddita Guptha Thakurani. Her search for a deeper connect and meaningful inside-out transformation lead her to explore Image Consulting and later on Dance Movement Therapy. Collating this knowledge and wisdom through transformation, she now conducts Dance Movement Therapy workshops across India. We work with kids above 13 years of age, teenagers, young adults, women, men from every walk of life. Dance Movement Therapy Promotes:
