It’s one of the most heartbreaking things I hear in therapy.
Not yelling. Not cheating. Just… quiet. Cold.
Two people in the same bed — miles apart emotionally.

As a psychiatrist, I can tell you:
Loneliness in a relationship is more painful than loneliness when you’re alone.

Why? Because your heart expects to be seen — and when it’s not, it starts to shut down.

This is not about not loving each other.
It’s about the emotional space that’s grown between you — filled with silence, assumptions, and tired routines.

Here’s the truth:
💡 Emotional connection isn’t lost in one fight.
It’s lost in all the things we don’t say.

So say something real today.
Even if it’s awkward.
Even if it’s small.

Because “I miss how we used to talk” can rebuild more intimacy than forced touch ever will.

💬 Have you ever felt lonely next to someone you loved?
Drop a 💔 if this post hit somewhere soft.

“Being ready” is a myth—especially in love, in relationships, in the sacred chaos of growing together.

No one is ever fully ready to love perfectly, communicate flawlessly, or navigate conflict without fear. You start unsure, you misunderstand each other, you argue over silly things, you clash over values, timing, space. You suck at it—both of you. And that’s not only normal, it’s necessary.

Because growth in a relationship doesn’t happen before it begins—it happens through the mess.
You figure out each other’s rhythms. You stumble, you apologize, you learn. You begin to understand that love isn’t about arriving perfectly—it’s about becoming better together.

Modern love isn’t about finding someone who’s already ready. It’s about choosing someone willing to show up, stay through the awkward parts, and build a real partnership—brick by messy brick.

So no, you’re not “ready”—and that’s the point.
Start anyway. Try anyway. Love anyway. Fall, rise, repeat. Together.

Hats off to whole Address Premier committee for this cricket extravaganza for 3days/3nights.
More than 300 participants and 16teams fighting for Mens title. Privileged to part of such a beautiful family ❤️😊.

Thanks to our owner Raju bhai mange- X square designs for giving us this opportunity.

Honoured and Humbled to lead such a side with mixture of youth, exuberance and experience.
Wouldn't have been possible with out contribution from each and every member.
