Going with the trend!!
Although some trends are COOL 😎 and HARMLESS to follow, some of them need to be definitely discouraged.
- Some of the trends that need to be UnFollowed are:
🚫 IGNORING OUR HEALTH: Many of us just try to delay our doctor visits, Self medicate or Heath issues for various reasons thinking it would get better by itself. Sometimes this delay might lead to the problem worsening, hence it’s important to take timely action.
🚫 UNHEALTHY FOOD: Day by day our outings have increased and so has our unhealthy food intake. Be mindful about what you eat and drink. Have it in moderation, less frequent and control your potion size. Allocate cheat days to yourself and other days try to have more food, veggies, salads and water.
🚫 SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE: It is very very important to move. Even a drawer makes noise, catches rust and becomes hard to open and close when unused for a while. Same goes for our body!! When we are not moving our joints and all parts of body, our body gets rusted too (not in literal terms) and becomes stiff. We all have noticed that it’s difficult then to move those parts/body. Hence it’s very essential for us to indulge in some or the other form of exercise or movement.
