1) Pausing and introspecting my eating habits, and making a mindful shift
2) Adding morning walks and some yoga to my day
3) Allowing myself to relax with deep breathing whenever I feel stressed
4) Including a topical skin and hair care routine as well, because they aren’t just exoskeletons, they respond to how we live, eat, and feel
5) Reviewing my emotional imbalances and feelings, and allowing myself to process them gradually, without rushing the healing
Self-care, for me, is no longer about perfection.
It’s about awareness, consistency, and compassion towards myself.

Pause.
