My takeaways from 2025
-Trust yourself,
everything else will just follow.
-Setting boundaries for oneself is health.
-Being with yourself is love. Chasing others for love is tiresome, pleasing others is irksome.
-Sometimes life seems hard, breathe, hold on, there's some magic to unfold.
-It's okay not to be okay.
-Asking for help isn't weakness, it is the bravest thing to do. It denotes that you are not going to give up.
-Being sensitive, being vulnerable is not a weakness, rather it's your strength.
-Saying no is healthy instead of saying yes each time.
-The much you try to change others, the much you suffer. Instead change yourself.
-If they could, they would other than this are all excuses.
-Whenever there is a peak of something that you are going through whether stress or happiness there is always the opposite polarity to experience. Hence nothing is permanent, everything is temporary. Being in the present is relieving.
-Being open enough and being aware in any crisis moment is the best opportunity to seek within rather than to panic. It shall help uplift you to be the best version of yourself.
-Patience is powerful.
-Silence is wonderful.
-Turn all critics/ sarcasm into rock solid anchor of your journey.
-An honest, humble communication can be healing in itself.
-Your confidence speaks louder than anything.
-No matter who you are, where you are, what you do- YOU ARE WORTHY, UNIQUE AND LOVED.
-Do what you love and love what you do. Dedication & devotion to our work gives a deep sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Everything you wish to have just flows thereby.
-A good book provides a great company.
-Having close-knit people in our lives is a blessing.
-Provide yourself the best self care routine.
Walk/ skip/cycle/swim/yoga for atleast 50 minutes daily.
-Meditate for atleast 15min daily. It's magical.
-Love, eat, rest well, laugh heartily.
-Grateful 🪷
