How many times have you told yourself, ‘I’m fine’… when you weren’t?

We’ve all been told at some point: “Stay strong. Don’t cry. Don’t feel too much.”
But here’s the truth—emotions aren’t weakness, they’re signals. 🚦

When we ignore them, they don’t disappear… they show up as stress, anger, health issues, or distance in relationships.

Real strength isn’t about suppressing feelings—it’s about facing them. 💙

This week, I’ll be sharing simple ways to understand and process emotions, so you can feel more balanced and in control.

Yoga isn’t about how deep you can bend or how long you can balance. Early on, I thought complicated poses and being able to hold my body upside down meant progress, but over many years of practice, I’ve learnt that simplicity and mindfulness bring true joy and transformation. Less is more in yoga
