Menstruation is a normal physiological process and it’s a good time for women to rest and relax . It could me a painful time for some of us and , due to which most of us avoid any intense exercises or movements during this time .
During such days practicing gentle restorative yoga poses can be very beneficial.
Firstly the poses are held using props like bolster or any pillow and blocks. Giving more time to deep breathe , Hence providing blood circulation and relaxes the cramps .
So beautiful women out there instead of taking a back seat , tweak in a little of your exercise routine and make it menstruation friendly.
