Seeded from the simple idea of living healthy and eating tasty food, Butters & More (B&M) grew out of our personal endeavours to lead healthy lives without compromising on taste. Specialising in all kinds of nut and seed butters, we want to take our love for unadulterated and home-safe food to the city and, with your support, to the country soon. The Health benefits of seeds and nuts are known to us all but it gets a little difficult to include them in our hectic lifestyles and confusing diet schemes. Nuts and seeds are also calorie dense foods with high fat content. While these are mostly beneficial in limited quantities, it is very easy to overeat when the munchies hit. B&M aims to take the goodness of nuts and seeds to the masses, make seeds and nuts more palatable and less fattening. B&M is run by a mother and we do not process our food in any way that your parents would disapprove of. We use the highest quality of ingredients and the simplest processes (sourcing, grinding, blending, roasting, filtering), you could do any of this yourself but, we do it for you. Since we are just starting out, every bit of love and support from you matters. The number of goodies on offer are limited but will expand with every passing month of support from you. We are more than willing to accommodate special requests.

Our batches are small thus ensuring that they are fresh and customisable. While placing your order via e-mail or over the phone remember to mention:

Zero Sugar / Zero Salt
Reduced fat (only through home style filtering processes)

Natural sweetening options to replace refined sugar:
Stevia | Date-pulp | Honey | Jaggery | Dried fruit and berries

Having our roots in a home kitchen makes us appreciate the hustle required to start a new business. Here's introducing you to . Probably the only miso master in India who is fermenting wonders in Goan cellar.
We are working on a few exciting flavours of miso and other speciality ferments with them and will keep you posted about the developments.
