Names have power, names which are kept by your parents or your Guru or from the holy book of your religion have connection with your past life and karmas. Your names are immensely important and so one should always be known and called by that same name, avoid nicknames or having a multiple names among your circles or family.

This can cause severe problems as now there is a difference between the name of your energy and your name energy, which can cause trouble.

A small hint, if you are known by multiple names, then Mercury planet in your chart can be under malefic influence.

In the picture above, when you say or chant - Krsna, your prayers and mantras go to Lord Vasudeva Krsna and if you say or chant Krishna, Krishnaa then they go to Draupadi, as her name is Krishna. Similarly for Shri Ram, when you say Rama or Ramaa it does not go to Lord Ram. Maybe this is one of the reason your prayers do not get answered.

If you had a problem in your state, you would lets say write a letter or complaint to your state’s authority and not the neighbouring states, so learn to pronounce names right and also maintain the birth name of yourself, avoid having multiple names.

flag is now exactly what it was supposed to be, we see a salutation to Varuna Devta, Varuna is the Jala Devta (Deity of Waters), He is associated with Lord Shiva and he is the Guardian Deity of the Western Direction and the symbol relates to the eight directions. A very powerful flag for the Indian Navy indeed as the theme of the flag matches the organisation and the purpose perfectly.

Can this be an random event ? Nothing is random or ordinary from a jyotish perspective, towers such as this one or skyscrapers are represented by Ketu. Ketu’s direction is upwards and this year all of us have received several omens from Ketu - airplanes having problems, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s demise post launching his airline, air force jet crash, armed personnel in an accident, and now these towers demolished says that Ketu transit has brought this in play, it could have a strong relation with the tower’s builder birth chart as well.

Now, a very dear friend of mine suggested I must write something for flat buyers and owners who get stuck in properties or projects like this, what can they do to be aware of or avoid such trouble in life.

See the status of Ketu whether exalted or debilitated or in marana karaka sthana in your chart.

How is Ketu connected with your 4th house and in D4 chart.

Ketu is basically making you commit a mistake, so always before planning to purchase or invest in a flat, see how your Ketu is placed, where is it placed, if in 2nd house of finance, you can make a mistake with your savings & investments for example.

Check the transit of Ketu and Rahu, Rahu will show cheating or error due to others, if they are not favourable for your chart, avoid taking major decisions that year, like Rahu & Ketu are in ascendant & 7th house for Aries or Libra ascendant this year which is not a good position.

Worship the ascendant form of Lord Ganesha in your chart to ensure that your intelligence always works and never gets blinded, also this will help to reduce the malefic effects of Ketu.

The period from 10 pm onwards till 1 am and beyond is not suitable to perform daily worship, mantra chantings or any type of worship, reading prayers or scriptures for individuals who are living in a grihasta ashram ( family, material world ), if you are doing any spiritual practice during such time it will surely affect you and bring trouble in your life, it can destroy your material world affecting your wealth, finance, family, relationships etc.
This period is suitable for those who are true sanyasis (monks) who under the guidance of their Guru & Tradition practice their saadhna as they have left the material world and its desires and aim for salvation.

So if you do any kind of spiritual practice post 10 pm in the night, trust me you need to stop it for your well being.

At Midnight tonight, we celebrate the birth of Shri Krishna, the supreme personality of godhead, he was born to father Shri Vasudev and mother Shrimati Devaki on the dark night (krishna paksha) of ashtami (8th) in the masa (month) of bhadrapada.

At midnight today, one can do the panchopchar pooja of Shri Krishna and if cannot do the same, simply chant the mantra mentioned in the picture above and offer Shri Krishna some “Kheer” and listen to the hymns of bal gopala or Madhurashtakam Stotra, visit a temple of Shri Krishna if you can or do mental worship if you cannot do it in physical manner.

In our tradition, we are first given the divine birth charts of Shri Krishna & Shri Ram to study for auspicious beginnings, I offer my respects & gratitude to my Guru and all the Gurus of my tradition for blessing me with such auspicious secrets and gifts of the parampara & Jyotish Vedanga.

Why you should never fail to pay “Dakshina” (fees) to a Jyotisha ?

A very important topic I wanted to address since long. Whenever you receive guidance and directions from a astrologer or a Jyotish and you do not offer dakshina for the same, you get into a debt of Sun, when you do the same with your Guru, you get into debt with Jupiter. Now debt is seen from 8th house which is also the house where Ayu (life) is seen. You are activating this very house in a negative manner and you will surely have to pay these debts back as these planets will make sure to give karmic lessons in this life or the next. So no planet is bad, it is our karma which is just coming back to us.

So the next time you say, “in my chart this planet is bad or that is problematic, understand you have some karmic debt with that planet and its significators” for eg Sun, then issue with father, resources, health, wealth, government etc.

So never take mantras, guidance or jyotish help without dakshina. Only if the Jyotish declines dakshina on his own then there are no issues.

I have seen many clients not paying the dakshina they are supposed to and create a negative debt which creates unwanted karmic lessons for one to go through.

Sleeping position meaning in which direction your feet is pointing towards and the placement of bed in room in a particular direction zone is vital for well being of the relationship for a married couple and also for those who have difficulties in getting married or finding a partner.

There is a general rule that feet should point towards North, which is a base rule of Vastu and then comes Personal Vastu where according to your chart the most fortunate direction is calculated.

Sleeping position is very vital as it also affects your finances and work.

Normally everyone sees children from the 5th house in a female’s chart but fail to check the 9th house which is for pregnancy for a woman.

If the female native is facing child birth issues then the dignity of 9th house and 9th lord and its placement is seen. Which planets are aspecting the 9th house and its lord and the strength of the 9th lord.

Basically in cases of a person or a woman here as we are talking from a female’s chart perspective, if there is a problem related to pregnancy and child birth then they have a dosha related to Guru / Father in their chart which they need to resolve to remove the karmic blockages.

A simple remedy that my Gurudev taught me was, just respect your Guru and offer him simple gifts from time to time to remove the karmic debt related to Jupiter. Also this is not the final remedy as course of action will differ from chart to chart but one can start doing this to lessen the karmic burden.
