Things I actually recommend as an Ophthalmologist:
✨ Lash serums- if it contains prostaglandin analogue,be careful.It can darken your lids,can cause orbital fat atrophy and hollow eye appearance.If you want to use them, look for peptide based formulas.

✨ Makeup wipes - They leave behind residue that clogs the oil glands in your eyelids.Micellar water is a gentler option to remove makeup without irritating the lids.

✨ Blue light glasses- it will not help you with digital eyestrain.Taking breaks, blinking fully and adjusting your screen distance will make the actual difference.
