Trust me when i say this- Supplements are NOT one-size-fits-all and they shouldn’t be!
In this video, I’m breaking down who actually needs supplements like omega-3, iron, vitamin D, magnesium & probiotics.

The goal isn’t to take “everything,” it’s to take the right supplement that is needed as per symptoms. That’s where precision medicine comes in - matching supplements to individual needs, blood work & symptoms, rather than trends.

Your supplement stack should be intentional, not accidental -and certainly not because it’s trending on social media!
💊 So, Which of these are currently in your supplement stack? Tell me below 👇

Not all health warnings show up in blood reports.

Changes in sensation, temperature, pain, or swelling in the feet can be early clues to deeper metabolic, hormonal, or nutritional imbalances.

These are signals—not diagnoses.

But signals ignored today often become diseases tomorrow.

Early recognition allows early, reversible intervention!

Your body communicates constantly.

The real question is: are you correctly interpreting it??

💬 Comment if you’ve noticed these changes in yourself or someone close to you.

One symptom that rarely gets spoken about in menopause?
Sudden shoulder stiffness, pain & reduced mobility.
In my clinic, I often see this musculoskeletal shift - inflammatory changes, collagen depleting & joints becoming more vulnerable as hormones fluctuate.

Frozen shoulder isn’t “random.” It’s a common but overlooked sign of the menopausal transition and there are effective ways to manage it before it becomes debilitating.

Your body is giving you clues every step of the way - don’t ignore the ones that show up in your joints. And more importantly, once you have identified this problem, get the CORRECT treatment.

During perimenopause and menopause, shifts in estrogen and progesterone can trigger new food intolerances, bloating, sinus congestion . You can ‘suddenly’ be intolerant to foods you have eaten happily all your life.
As a doctor, I see this every day, and let me tell you, it’s not “in your head.”
So Listen to your symptoms. And don’t dismiss them. And don’t use medications just for symptomatic relief.Track your triggers. And know that there are lots of lifestyle changes with food, supplements, stress mitigation, sleep correction and even peptides that can help you tide this phase!
Have you experienced any of these symptoms? Let me know in the comments below! 👇

I love that menopause is FINALLY being spoken about!
The no of patients I have asking me questions on the same is insane. That being said- it’s only the most common symptoms-that of hot flashes, insomnia and wt gain that are commonly spoken about.

My menopause series decodes so many more symptoms -which are actually quite common in menopause, but people just don’t make the connection and are often wrongly treated for it.

This is a multi-part series based on what I see in my medical đŸ„ practice and also based on the questions you ask me , so stay tuned ! ✹

The most significant damage to heart health often comes from the most overlooked habits.
Chronic stress, inadequate sleep, low Vitamin D, unhealthy fats, physical inactivity, and poor oral hygiene—each independently increases cardiovascular risk.
And Together, they accelerate disease far more than people realise!

If you want to protect your heart, these are the foundations to correct first.
