In my practice, I get asked about creatine every single day!
🗣️It’s the supplement everyone’s talking about: for muscle gains. BUT did you know? It seems to help for cognition and longevity too! I even prescribe it to many of my menopausal patients with brain bog etc .
❓But is it really for everyone? What about side-effects, timing and dosage? What can you do to increase its efficacy and reduce its side effects?
