Today is the last day of the month - and I am thrilled to reserve this for the end!!

Abundance of celebrations and milestones is a mild way to put it, I think.. Thank you

The story of each pic starts now..

1. I asked the universe for more money this year… didn’t expect it in dollars. First salary hit different. 💸

2. I’ve always wanted to see Times Square and I did it 😎

3. I got to see snowfall every childhood dream come true. No words

4. Volunteering during National Public Health Week — a goal that made me proud and fulfilled.

5. Being a huge Friends Fan I used to watch Rachel shop at Macy’s… today, it was me. The universe remembers. 🤗

6. I got my kal ho na ho moment I finally went to the Brooklyn bridge and felt like a main character the whole time.

7. I remember when I was a kid I used to play a game called Statue of Liberty and l as soon as I saw that it with my own eyes my inner child was so happy I couldn’t believe that one day I would see this.

8. I dreamt of going abroad — and I did. Lived, learned, and survived my first year in America.

9. Coming home was on my vision board — and the universe made it happen. 🏡

10. I always wanted to see a wedding with all rituals and I got one to see that I dint imagine it would be a family wedding. And I had a perfect outfit planned in my mind and I nailed it couldn’t be more happier

11. Being truly myself and happy after a long time with no judgement

I can go on and on but these were some of the main highlights that felt like a celebration 🎉

Can it get any better than to close the month with this kind of a celebration post!!

Thanks a ton to each of you who participated in the

Words can’t fully express how grateful and overjoyed I am witnessing each of your milestones! Thank you for sharing your joy with me, and the entire community ❤️

Showing up isn’t always the beginning — sometimes, it’s the final step in a long conversation you’ve had with yourself.

This morning, the rain almost had me skip my workout. Almost.

But the self-talk was strong:

“You’ve already prepped breakfast.”
“Your day’s looking smooth and planned.”
“This is exactly the kind of morning where you can make time for yourself.”
“And hey, you love driving in the rain when there’s no traffic.”
“Rain + music = your happy place.”
I reminded myself how much joy I get from little things — singing to my favourite rain songs, watching the misty roads, reclaiming the mood of the day before the day begins.

So I drove, enjoyed the music, and showed up.

And after that, a killer high-intensity session with had me glowing and grateful.

On the drive back, the music stayed on, the mood elevated, still buzzing from the workout and that post-rain calm. 🎶 (do check out my IG story for a snippet of me singing in the rain 😁)

Sometimes, it’s not motivation that gets you there.
It’s the way you talk to yourself… and what you choose to stack in your favour.

Thank you Kamesh for the energy, the push, and the perfect start to the week. 🙌

Are you all set to show up for yourself this week?

with the awesome journey of Kartik 🤩🤩🤩

“18 years after attempting to run a half marathon, I ran the distance of 21.1km more than an hour faster. But that isn’t the milestone.

After rediscovering running as a great way to stay active and healthy, grew a love for the sport. The act of rhythmically putting one foot ahead of the other has given me so much time with myself, helping me grow as both a runner and as a person. I’ve had so many eureka moments while running. I’ve had so many mood uplifting moments while running. I’ve made such amazing friends while running. The list goes on!!

To cap the journey, I recently got certified from the American College of Sports Medicine as a marathon trainer, with the intent of making the complex process of running simple and fun for anyone who seeks to make running a part of their lives!!”

Yaaay Kaar!! You are such a wonderful example of doing something you love and pursuing it to the tee 🤗

The continue with this heartwarming post by .psychologist

“Two years ago, I faced the most challenging chapter of my life. I was at a crossroads, grappling with the grief of losing my cousin and the weight of a marriage that no longer aligned with who I was or who I wanted to be. It was a moment of reckoning, one that demanded a choice: stay in the familiar, or step into the unknown and choose myself.

I chose myself

That decision wasn’t easy. It meant confronting the pain of letting go, moving cities, and rebuilding my life from the ground up. It meant grieving not just the loss of a relationship but also the version of my life I had once envisioned. But in that grief, I found strength. I learned to honor my needs, set boundaries, and embrace the possibility of a future that felt authentic to me.”

So so so proud of you, Shivani 🤗

You can share your journey with me too.. I’d be honoured to share it with the commucommunity..

And the begin with our first post.. An amazing heartfelt share by

This truly feels like the perfect time to pause and celebrate myself — the version of me that once drowned in self-doubt, was way too harsh on herself, and felt like giving up on life… to now, someone who’s choosing life every single day. 💛

From confident solo travels to landing a good job, and ticking off bucket list dreams like bungee jumping from almost the 16th floor — the 2nd highest in India (Goa) during last year 2024— it’s been a wild, beautiful ride. Hoping and working hard for many such crazy dreams and travel adventures to come true soon..!

Grateful beyond words for how far I’ve come, and for every moment I chose me.
Here’s to living, loving, and celebrating — one day at a time. 🌸✨
Carpe Diem, always. ❤️

Thank you for sharing your joy with us..

Do you have a story to tell? Send it to me, either on teamrefindyou@gmail.com or on DM, and we’ll share it for everyone to see!

Together, let’s celebrate your journey and cheer for each other! 🥳🎉❤️

This day, I celebrate a decade of consistent health!

This day, 10 years ago, I did my first ever 4K, as a step towards fitness and wellbeing.

My health was at its all time low - asthma, low energy levels, low immunity, everything packaged together.. Life had changed post marriage, and streamlining had become difficult.

Registering for this run was a big deal for me.. I was afraid that my body won’t support, but I knew it was important. That bag you see had three things - my wallet, my phone and my asthma inhaler. I knew I had to do this. And ever since, it has been a fairly consistent journey. Sure, with a lot of ups and downs, but asthma became history many years ago!

Was so delighted to reminisce this journey as I chatted with Thank you samosaa 🤗

Weight loss is never the only goal. It is always holistic health and fitness. I went back in time when I strolled about at the holding area of the run today, overjoyed, humbled, proud!

Here’s a post with a headline and a backstory leading to the headline! 😃

The headline: As of Sunday, I completed 250 group classes at - a variety of dance fitness, strength training, HIIT, boxing. And what an amazing experience it has, and continues to be!

Now the backstory…

I have very vivid childhood memories of not being included in sports in school, being the one sitting out while my friends from the group participated in various activities and games.

Being considered the “timid, studious” child…

Being laughed at during a dance practice session by a teacher who commented to the other teacher saying “look, this fat girl is struggling to get herself up in this step”. In her defence, she spoke to the teacher in Tamil. To my luck, guess what my mother-tongue is!

These, and many more such instances during my growing up years made me believe that I am not cut out for this. I cannot really be good at any sport or workout or dance. And yet, my health required me to step up and take charge and exercise, whatever format it may be.

I have had numerous instances with trainers, at gyms, at bootcamps, etc. and some really unpleasant ones. A few good experiences were really short-lived, and one awesome experience was superceded by a nasty one. I did pull through, each time my belief growing stronger. But I grew stronger too, so I didn’t mind the cost… of working with Trainers being skilled, but lacking empathy, to say the least.

Then came a break with no time, and health taking a backseat.

And then, I signed up for cult fitness, where I have had the fortune of working out with such wonderful trainers, who are not just skilled but also great people - those who know how to draw the line between pushing and not going overboard.

So, while I take full credit for showing up each time, a big round of applause and immense gratitude from the bottom of my heart to all these wonderful trainers that are authentic, fun, motivating and wonderful humans! Thank you

And a big shoutout to the one who introduced me to cult! Thank you ❤️

’s fascinating how contradictory beliefs can become a resistance for so many of us. The so called “proverbs” “and “important values” that were taught during growing up years may or may not have served us, but the bigger point is we embraced them without questioning, because we didn’t know better at that stage of life.

When we know that these childhood beliefs become deep rooted at a subconscious level, we recognise why the new thoughts, beliefs and affirmations are not working. It’s a classic conflict.

This awareness can be empowering, because we can do something about letting them go and adopt newer beliefs, if we want to.

Here are a few very basic beliefs that are coming to my mind as I write this..

“An idle mind is a devil’s workshop”- further explained as - never sit idle. Always keep doing something. And now, there is so much emphasis on “just being”, taking it easy..

“Don’t build castles in the air” - and today’s new belief goes “Dream Big, Visualize, and see your life change”

“Pride Comes before a downfall” - contradicting with Today’s “be proud of yourself, own everything you do.”

“Curiosity killed the cat” - contradicting “always be curious”

“Let your hard work speak for itself”, contradicting with “make yourself seen”

Sure, depending on our experience and journey, we may have successfully let go of some of these beliefs, but you never know what impact some of them may have created on you when you were young, and the after effect could be lingering. Definitely worth reflecting on, isn’t it?

Any other beliefs coming to your mind? Do share the old and the new ones in the comments!
