Peptic ulcer is common gut disorder which presents with upper abdominal pain, bloating and sometimes blood vomitus or black stools.
Get yourself evaluated if you have these symptoms. Sometimes your gastroenterologist will ask for Endoscopy (upper gi scopy) to rule out PUD.

14/M with acute biliary pancreatitis developed Pancreatic walled off necrosis with vomiting and abdominal pain (Gastric outlet obstruction).
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) revealed a large 12x12 cm peripancreatic collection.
Drained using HOT AXIOS stent.
Immediate post operative relief was achieved.
