Peptic ulcer is common gut disorder which presents with upper abdominal pain, bloating and sometimes blood vomitus or black stools.

14/M with acute biliary pancreatitis developed Pancreatic walled off necrosis with vomiting and abdominal pain (Gastric outlet obstruction).
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) revealed a large 12x12 cm peripancreatic collection.
Drained using HOT AXIOS stent.
Immediate post operative relief was achieved.
