New Initiative: First EXCEL Certification Training for Lab Technicians

Delighted to share highlights from our FIRST pilot EXCEL (Erba Certification for Excellence in Laboratory Practice), conducted at Raigad (Kolad) on 20th Nov 2025.

This inaugural session marks a significant step towards building a structured, scientific, and industry-leading capability development platform for laboratory technicians across the country.
Key Highlights of the Program

Covered GLP, SOPs, IQC, Calibration & Standardization.
Participants included leading Lab Owners and Technicians from Raigad.
Appreciation for the structured, application-based training and case discussions.
Introduced IFCC-endorsed international online courses by Harvard expert Dr. Nader Rifai.
Conducted an Instrument Quiz to reinforce understanding of key features.
A highly engaging learning session, further strengthening ERBA’s positioning as a trusted knowledge and quality partner.
The program ended with warm networking, strengthening ties with the Raigad clinical community. The strong response to this first EXCEL pilot shows a clear need and acceptance for structured technician training.
