AU small finance Bank says:

CFO Vimal Jain has passed away due to a cardiac arrest.

đź’” When Ambition Meets the Limits of the Human Body

The sudden passing of Vimal Jain, CFO of AU Small Finance Bank, at such a young age, is not just heartbreaking — it’s a stark reminder.
A reminder that no title, no bonus, no quarterly result is worth your heartbeat.

We are living in an era where:
•Young leaders are burning out by 35.
•“Urgent” emails chase you at midnight.
•Weekends are just quieter weekdays.
•Fitness, sleep, and family get the leftovers.

Here’s the truth nobody tells you in boardrooms:
đź•° You are replaceable at work. But irreplaceable at home.
💼 You can miss a deadline and recover. You can’t miss a heartbeat and return.
⚖️ Work-life balance is not a luxury — it’s a survival strategy.

To every ambitious professional reading this — build your career, but not at the cost of your health.
âś… Schedule your medical check-ups like board meetings.
âś… Walk away from work to walk with your loved ones.
âś… Make sleep, nutrition, and movement non-negotiable.

If you collapse, the market moves on. But your family will live with that emptiness forever.

Rest in peace, Vimal Jain.
Om Shanthi
May your legacy remind us that real success is measured in years lived well — not just targets achieved.

How CPR Brings Life Back

Heart attacks and sudden cardiac arrests are leading causes of death worldwide. In those critical first moments, knowing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) with the CAB method - Compression, Airway, and Breathing could save a life. Here's why everyone should learn it:

Why is CPR So Important?

When the heart stops, CPR keeps blood flowing to vital organs, giving the person a much better chance of survival until medical help arrives. Every second counts, and immediate CPR can double or triple survival rates.

How to Perform CPR Using the CAB Technique - It's Easier Than You Think

1. Compression

- Place your hands in the center of the chest.

- Push hard and fast at 100-120 compressions per minute.

- Compressions help circulate blood to keep the organs alive.

2. Airway

- Tilt the head back gently and lift the chin to open the airway.

- This step is crucial to ensure that air can enter the lungs when you give breaths.

3. Breathing

- If trained, give two breaths after every 30 compressions.

Pinch the nose, seal your mouth over theirs, and watch the chest rise.

- If not trained in rescue breaths, continue with compressions only.

The Impact

Imagine if more people knew how to respond in these emergencies! Learning CPR with the CAB technique could help you save a friend, family member, or stranger in need.
