Our Story

Paramount Rehabilitation Centre is a guidance centre working with children with special needs and children with intellectual disabilities. We offer a safe and stimulating environment which helps children to blossom to the best of their abilities. We are committed to this cause and we believe that every child is a gift and there is a purpose for every life. The dream of every parent is to see their child growing independent. Paramount rehabilitation centre not only shares this dream with you but helps you achieve it. Our Aim is to build skills through early intervention till the child hones his skills to earn his living. It is very important for a special child to obtain appropriate professional assistance at the right time to identify the potentials and convert them into good returns. We achieve this through systematic therapeutic intervention strategies. We work with children with Intellectual disability, Down’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum disorders, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Rhett’s Syndrome, Asperger’s syndrome etc. Salient features • Holistic approach • Multidisciplinary approach • Practical training through real life situations • Training till child gets a job placement We provide: • Early intervention • Remedial education • Special education • Occupational therapy • Teacher training program • Speech therapy • Psychological Testing • Counseling Services • Prevocational training • Vocational training • Parallel Educational Program We have now started a parallel education programme (PEP). This program caters to all children with varied intellectual functioning. This is an inclusive programme which works with the individual child by giving the child the benefits of social interaction with other children. Many times special children are unable to go to school due to their various medical problems and they miss going to regular school. We work with the children at their own pace and provide all the love and support needed to learn the three R’s. This programme is an excellent avenue to expose your child to the world around and also learn functional skills which can be used for the future. Children who are found academically suitable will be coached for admission to inclusive schools.
