Beat the heat from the inside out. ☀️ Summer aggravates Pitta (heat) in your body: excess heat causes inflammation, dehydration, skin rashes, acidity, anger and irritability. Summer diet: cucumber (95% water, cooling), watermelon (hydrating, sweet), coconut water (electrolytes), mint and coriander (cooling herbs), and buttermilk (probiotic cooling drink).
