Another that was an extensive which involved removing old failing dentistry, separating each tooth that was joined previously with multiple crowns and slowly rebuilding the jaw and bite with . This case was executed with metal ceramic because the overall cost of the treatment was exceeding the patients budget. Sometimes you can get acceptable / successful results by tweaking your material of choice for the end result provided you respect the biology , function and aesthetics. This case is extremely close to my heart and took ages to finish but the final results are always humbling. This sweet lady had come in with a entire joint bridge done elsewhere with her teeth and gums badly infected underneath. We had to strip down all her failing dentistry and stabilize her teeth and gums with long term temporaries followed by strategic extraction , grafting and implant placement. Staged fixed temporary teeth were given at every stage as her only request was to never give her anything removable at any cost. The final results were fantastic but the entire process took us over 1.9 years. But good dentistry that will last you a lifetime takes time. lab support by .dental_studio
