Our intent as Fitness Messengers is to show you that "Being fit" is essential and anyone can do it. We do not want to emphasize that how our sedentary lifestyle and work commitments has done not so good to our healthy. Our approach is quite straightforward : Exercise -Eat right- Add Nutrition to your meal- Keep a check on your progress...Repeat. To enable it we suggest you a not -so- difficult meal plan, the basis of which would be to have healthy food at right time and help you exercise either with me or through my simple exercise videos. Our Exercise includes cross fit and functional movements which do not require special instruments and can be done at home/open space in minimum 30 mins. So it does not matter in which part of world you stay, we can always connect as along you commit to stick to the plan. We have clients from different time-zones and the association is working well. Warm-ups aren't just suggestions—they're essential for your fitness journey! As temperatures fluctuate across India, our bodies need proper preparation.

What happens when you skip warm-ups?
• Increased risk of muscle strains and tears
• Joint injuries that can sideline you for weeks
• Reduced performance and limited range of motion
• Cardiovascular strain (especially concerning in our humid climate)

The ideal warm-up should last 10-12 minutes. This small investment prevents hours of recovery from preventable injuries.

For those practicing yoga on terraces at dawn or hitting the gym after office hours, a proper warm-up adapts your body from rest to activity. Remember, our traditional practices like yoga always begin with gentle movements for good reason.

# Ladies, It's Time We Talk About Strength 💪🏽

The #1 concern I hear from women in my coaching sessions: "I don't want to get bulky."

Let's break this myth once and for all - strength training will NOT turn you into a bodybuilder overnight (or ever, without extreme dedication and specific nutrition).

What strength training WILL do:

To all the Tea lovers, having a cup of tea once a day will not harm your fitness at all, just ensure that before you have it as the first thing in the morning,feed yourself with a handful of nuts.

This would give the much required right nutrition/! energy , which our body craves after 7-8 hrs of sleep.

If you are someone who needs it twice a day, ensure that u divide the quantity and the sugar intake accordingly. ( 2 half cups instead of 1 full with sugar intake manged accordingly)

I hope after reading this, u will not say : You are not my cup of tea 😄
