Have also worked for setting up a health cafe with all healthy and yummy recipes.She has participated in various school nutrition programmes and counselling parents and children as well on eating right .

What does this mean .It does not mean you have to be eating only salad or soups.Its all about understanding the correct and right portion sizes for your body .
Eating everything but eating the right portion of food is very important.

I always tell all my patients to send me their food plate photos for a few days for me to understand their portion sizes and guide them for life.

Diet is a part of our healthy lifestyle and if u get it right it's just a very easy weight loss journey :)

Winter season is a time to eat delicious dishes and the fresh veggies available in the market during the season .
Go green,make winters healthy by adding these greens to your winter diet

• Palak
Used as : Chop and add to dals , roti,chapati, poori((Puree or chopped), dry bhaaji, soup, smoothies, pasta sauces, palak pulao

• Sarso
Used as : Sarso da saag, raita,chop and add in dals

•Methi
Used as : Methi aloo, roti, paratha, poori, add in dals

• Mooli leaves or whole mooli
Used as : Salads,sabji , aloo aur mooli, mooli ke patte ki sabji with til seeds

• Bathua
Used as : Raita, roti, paratha, poori, dry bhaji

• Green /Spring onion
Used as : Add in vegetables instead of using onion, make bhaaji, add in soups, add in parathas , dals, chutney,salad

• Haldi
Used as :
Salad daily eat 4 -5 small pieces ,make sabji and consume it with chappatis ,grate it and add lemon and salt and have it by it self
