🌼Dry skin or as per ayurveda it is called twak rukshata.
🌼Dry skin is one of the symptom of increased vaata dosha.
🌼Vaata prakruti person will always have dry skin so they should follow the above methods religiously.

🌻Suvarnaprashan - an ayurvedic way of immunization 🌻
🌼Ayurvedic pediatric - Acharya kashyap has mentioned in his text about special way of immunization for child from 0 day to 16 years of age.
Suvarnprashan is made of herbs like Brahmi(Bacopa monerie), shankhpushpi, pippali ( Piper longum) and others siddha ghee, suvarna bhasma ( gold ions) and honey.
🌼 Suvarnaprashan should be given to child immediately after birth and this tradition is still followed in south part of India.
🌼 Benefits of suvarnaprashan -
👉🏻 Aids to increase digestion power
👉🏻 Increases memory power
👉🏻 Improves skin immunity
👉🏻 Improves generalised immunity
👉🏻 Strenghtens muscle buildup
👉🏻 Increases concentration
