Here’s a quick yoga pose you can do without even leaving your chair:

🌿 Seated Cat-Cow Stretch
1. Sit tall with both feet flat on the ground.
2. Inhale: Arch your back slightly, lifting your chest forward.
3. Exhale: Round your back, tucking your chin to your chest.
4. Repeat 5-6 times, syncing your breath with your movement.

This stretch improves posture, reduces stiffness, and boosts circulation.
