The first 10 minutes of my morning are about setting up my body for the day.
Not with coffee, but with nutrients that actually work on energy, hormones and long-term health.

Here’s what I start with:
🌱 Wheatgrass water – supports detox pathways and helps maintain an alkaline environment.
🌰 Soaked Brazil nuts – one of the richest natural sources of selenium, crucial for thyroid function and immunity.
🍇 Soaked black raisins – provide iron and antioxidants, improving energy levels and digestion, lessens cravings through the day.

This little ritual looks very simple, but clinically it covers three common struggles I see in my clients after 30 — fatigue, low thyroid function, and sluggish digestion.

🍔✨ I gave the classic McDonald’s meal a healthy twist – cravings satisfied, but without the calorie + junk overload.

Here’s how ⬇️

🍔 Burger Swap

• Bun: 🥯 100% whole wheat (zero maida) ✅ toasted → reduces glucose spike (McD uses refined flour buns).
• Patty: 🥕 Homemade pan-roasted/airfried veggie patty (vs. deep-fried).
• Cheese: 🧀 Unprocessed cheddar (vs. processed slices).
• Veggies: 🥬 Lettuce, tomato, onion for fiber + volume.
• Sauce: Yogurt-based dip instead of mayo/sugar dressings → lighter + probiotic boost.

🍟 Fries Swap
• McD fries: deep fried in refined oil ❌
• Mine: air-fried with a drizzle of oil ✅

💪 Protein Add-On
• Low-fat paneer on the side → balances the meal with high-quality protein.
