The first 10 minutes of my morning are about setting up my body for the day.
Not with coffee, but with nutrients that actually work on energy, hormones and long-term health.
Here’s what I start with:
🌱 Wheatgrass water – supports detox pathways and helps maintain an alkaline environment.
🌰 Soaked Brazil nuts – one of the richest natural sources of selenium, crucial for thyroid function and immunity.

This little ritual looks very simple, but clinically it covers three common struggles I see in my clients after 30 — fatigue, low thyroid function, and sluggish digestion.
