Mostly a FAD and I’ve explained why below ⬇️

Biotin deficiency is actually rare.
But almost everyone with hairfall is taking biotin, (with little or no improvement)

So the truth is- If you’re not deficient, adding more biotin won’t magically stop shedding.

In most cases, hair fall is more commonly linked to:

• Low iron (especially low ferritin)
• Low protein intake
• Vitamin D deficiency
• Thyroid imbalance
• High stress
• Post-illness shedding

❌ Not biotin.

And here’s something people don’t know — high-dose biotin can even interfere with thyroid blood tests 🔬

Hair health is a reflection of your internal (metaboli and gut) health.
It’s rarely a one-pill solution.
