She is 70 plus and she keeps herself busy by making her favourite dishes and festivals Sweets, she is old but not tired !
We need to provide meaningful engagement for an older woman through household activities, focus on creative endeavors like baking, cooking, crafting, or gardening, and mental stimulation through puzzles, board games, or reading. These activities promote cognitive health and a sense of purpose while allowing for social interaction, whether with family, friends, or a caregiver. Adapt activities to their physical capabilities, such as using stable, seated positions for crafts.
