โ— Keep Surroundings Clean: Ensure your home and surroundings are clean and dry. Don't allow water to stagnate, as it can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.

โ— Boost Your Immunity: Eat a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Get enough sleep, manage stress, and exercise regularly to strengthen your immune system.

โ— Be Cautious with Water and Food: Drink only boiled or purified water. Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before consuming them. Avoid raw or undercooked foods, especially street food, as they may be contaminated.
