We are proud to share the remarkable journey of a 127 kg high-risk expectant mother, who safely delivered her baby despite facing multiple complications. She was presented with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), hypothyroidism, obesity (BMI > 35), and a single loop of cord around the baby’s neck.
