Qi is the most harmonious vibration in the universe. 〰️
It contains the light, love and energy from the universe which feeds our spirit, mind and body. 🌟

Without receiving Qi, we are losing the connection to our true self, to people around us and on a greater scale, to nature and to the universe.
A lack of connection, can deplete and block our mind and body, creating stress, tensions and more health problems. 😫

Sleep is so important. 😴

💤 It is the time when our body rests and regenerates, our thoughts become silent and our mind is still. This sadly is not the case for thousands of people all over the world who suffer with sleep issues.

🙌🏽 Well, the good news is Qi can really help with this. 🔍

❗When we are short of Qi or our energy system is blocked we find it hard to quieten our thoughts and mind. When our thoughts go round and round, we just drain more energy making it even harder to switch off. 😵‍💫

🥱 Sleep feels impossible when we cannot silence the chatter of our mind. So how can you break this pattern❓

✔️ When we receive Qi we completely change our vibration, creating a new vibration inside which is calm and peaceful.

✔️ By recharging our body with Qi, we create the right mental environment which helps us to sleep and stay asleep. 〰️😴
