Twice in this week I ashamed and my neck has gone down with shame that I can not lift it with pride that I am proud to be an INDIAN.
The first occasion is when a JUDGEs house was set on fire and an amount of 40 crores of cash was found half burned ...
Finding CASH that much amount in the house of a sitting JUDGE was a miracle in itself and it is quite obvious to raise an eyebrow towards entire judiciary and the punishment sentenced to the subject judge was a transfer to his native place which raises so many questions. He was transferred to ALLAHABAD with immediate effect and it is supposed to be treated as an house arrest and in such a situation inquiry of the JUDGE will be done , the timing of completion of enquiry is not mentioned. Prima facia It sounds very odd.
The second instance is also related to APEX COURT , the MC SINGLA CASE about pension to PS BANK RETIREES which has been fought since 2016 in absence of MC SINGLA who was fighting for 800000 PS BANK retirees is dead now . The case was scheduled on 20.03.25 before a three Judge Bench in SUPREME COURT with a written order specifically to be taken on board for argument on 20.03.25 . However the non registered bodies such as INDIN BANK ASSOCIATION AND AN UMBRELLA ORGANISATION of 9 TRADE UNIONS CALLED UNITED FORUM OF BANK UNIONS are unnecessarily poking their nose without any authority in the matter and kept the PS BANK retirees devoid of UPDATION OF PENSION FOR more than 30 years this perhaps is the only example of harassment to retirees in the WORLD.
