Worst travel experience Chennai to Mumbai Indigo 6 E 5149. Flight boarded no take off due to absence of second pilot as they messed up the roster of hours. Second pilot was unavailable as he was supposedly stuck in traffic. After an hour, they deplaned us claiming they were moving us to a new aircraft . We were made to walk through the airport , undergo excruciating security checks only to realise that all these ploys were to keep us busy as we are being put in the same aircraft again. The authorities give conflicting stories: one says aircraft arriving from Raipur, most say same plane.. God only knows the truth! Why do we tolerate this? Through all this the staff has lied, treated passengers callously including senior citizens and extended no help at all. Shame Indigo!
