Rajas isn’t your enemy….it’s your fire.
It’s the restlessness that makes you move, create, chase, build. But when it’s unchecked, it turns into anxiety, comparison, and constant “what next?” energy.

Yoga doesn’t silence rajas—it refines it.
Through breath, stillness, and awareness, that same chaos becomes clarity, that same urgency becomes purpose.

The goal isn’t to have less fire.
It’s to learn how to hold it without burning yourself.

Most people think tamas just means laziness…but in the Bhagavad Gita, it’s actually deeper and more dangerous.

Tamas is distorted perception.
It doesn’t just make you inactive, it makes you misjudge reality.

In tamas:

* You delay things that matter…and feel oddly okay about it
* You choose comfort over growth, but call it “self-care”
* You resist change, even when staying the same is hurting you
* You confuse numbness with peace

The uncommon truth?
Tamas often feels safe, not heavy. That’s why people stay stuck in it for years.

Real awareness begins when you can ask:
“Am I resting…or am I avoiding my own evolution?”

Wellbeing isn’t built in one big, perfect routine.
It’s shaped quietly….through the small choices you return to, again and again.

A moment of presence.
A pause when you need it.
A boundary you finally honor.

This is what creates balance… not intensity, but consistency. ✨

Think about that for a second.
You wake up, rush through your morning, scroll before your eyes have even adjusted to the light, respond to 47 messages before you’ve taken a single conscious breath …. and then wonder why you feel disconnected, anxious, or just… off.
You’re not broken.
You’re just a stranger to yourself.

This is exactly why movement, breathwork, and nervous system work isn’t a luxury… it’s the most urgent conversation you’re not having with yourself.

Your body has been sending you signals for years.
Tight shoulders. Shallow breath. A jaw that never unclenches.
That’s not stress. That’s your body knocking on the door, asking you to finally come home.
The mat is where that conversation starts. 🙏🏽

The soul always knew the direction.
Every pivot was just the universe being more specific.

And sometimes, you’ll see that thread early in life…sometimes a while later, but you always will.

The memory is held in the body and the mind. We often work on the mind and forget that the body also holds the memory.

Healing doesn’t happen by working on one thing alone. As simple example, is, I cannot have affirmations about being healthy and not move the body at all. The body, mind and breath have to be worked on for real healing to happen.

When we come back to our nature, health is already present day. Let us focus on removing everything that is not in alignment with our nature.

One aspect is to remove the disease, another aspect is to build resilience towards the disease. Arogya and Swasthya are equally important to have complete health in the body.
