Small to medium umbilical hernias have posed a challenge to surgeons regarding the choice of plane of mesh placement. In order to keep mesh outside peritoneal cavity violation of e Tep RS plane is an overkill. Hence presenting this Preperitoneal mesh placement without need for suturing the peritoneal flap and using simple PP mesh without use of any trackers making the surgery virtually pain free.
