My yoga journey started with Art of living where I completed Advance course in 1998, since then yoga has been part of my life. After finishing my Masters course in Health Sciences,2003-2005 I went astray and got into corporate jungle, only to find myself to be drawn more towards the inner journey...

After my Son became 3 years old, I found myself at a junction, where I had no time for myself and him, I took decision to leave my job and focus on what my inner calling is...

In 2013-14, I was able to complete 900Hrs Yoga Teachers Training course from "The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai", where I have been able to deepen my Yoga knowledge and evolve as a better human, a mother, a teacher. To add further to my knowledge in 2014 I was able to complete Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik. In june 2015 I joined Iyengar Yoga under tutelage of Kobad Sir....

And my journey to learn more and share my learning has started since then......

From immobility to waterfall rappelling, what a journey it has been! I always feel so grateful of where i have reached and to have a sister (Sonal) who kept me out of surgery and bed rest for rest of my life!

When your teacher handholds you every step of the way. My son twisted his ankle and being a therapist i had belts with me BUT i needed a revision on how to tie ankle support. I call Sonal and she immediately sends me a quick video. This is the kind of guidance you get with her.

✨ He chose therapy over surgery 💪 ✨
When Pratik first came to us, he was battling severe cervical spondylosis—multiple vertebrae affected, constant pain, numbness, and tingling in his hands. Even holding a posture for 20 seconds made him light-headed.

But fast forward to session 8/ 9, and he was holding strong, moving better, and feeling more confident 💪

Due to a short break at our center, he followed a home routine we gave him. And guess what?

🎉 Today, he’s back—with 70% less pain!
His commitment and consistency are the real heroes here. So proud of how he’s taken charge of his healing journey. 🙌
