Misconception & mismanagement starts: Certain % of Community have wrong notion that consuming iodise salt one get rise in blood pressure and not consuming iodise salt one can stay away from blood pressure problems. They are not aware avoiding same will have multiple problem which can threats deaily lifestyle and confused Doctors too because neither Doctor have a practice of asking about salt (except in certain conditions) and disease doctor is handling offering pills not allowing one to overcome same health issues because root lies somewhere else.
Hiddeen cause of mismanagement:during fasting thyroid patients avoid iodise salt and they get couple of health issues which relates to throat,coughing,body energy and with a confidence they continue believing that these things are happening because of not consuming proper fooding during fasting.
few of patients start getting throat paining and irritation and few get voice problem, run around with same without medical consultation.
There are community continue fasting ,Intermittent fasting, Naturecure fasting, fasting on fruits and mabny more to loose weight???
Not aware of that they have already invited multiple problems happening due to iodine deficiency.
