What a ride! 🚴♂️ Over 100 breast cancer advocates and bikers participated in “Wheels of Hope – A Ride for Breast Health”, hosted by Gleneagles Hospital in Bengaluru, India.
During the event, user Dr. M.C. Uthappa, Senior Consultant – Interventional Radiology, Gleneagles Hospital, highlighted the clinical significance of early diagnosis: “Awareness is the first intervention. With continuous advancements in imaging and interventional radiology, early detection of breast cancer is now more precise and accessible than ever before. Events like this rally help us bridge the gap between technology and public awareness.”
Early detection of breast cancer improves the chance for effective treatment outcomes and enables minimally invasive procedures, such as cryoablation, to be a viable option for patients.
