Struggling with neck pain, shoulder tension, or lower back aches after long hours at your desk? 😣 You’re not alone – and poor posture might be the root cause!
Let’s fix it the physio-approved way. 👇

✅ Correct Sitting Posture Tips: ✔ Keep your back and neck straight
✔ Monitor height should be at eye level (40–75 cm away)
✔ Shoulders relaxed, elbows bent at 90°, wrists supported
✔ Feet flat on the floor or on a footrest
✔ Use an arm rest and wrist pillow for extra support

❌ Avoid this: Slouched back, hunched shoulders, unsupported wrists – it leads to chronic pain and fatigue over time.

✨ A good posture = better focus, reduced pain, and long-term spine health!
