CRAMPS
A cramp is a sudden involuntary muscle contraction. Cramps may occur in a skeleton muscle or smooth muscle. Skeleton muscle cramps may be caused by muscle fatigue or a lack of electrolytes such as low sodium, low potassium or low magnesium. Cramps of smooth muscle may be due to menstruation or gastroenteritis.
Leg cramps, Muscle cramps... The muscle of the calf or foot suddenly become hard, tight and painful and then it is muscle cramps. Many things can trigger a muscle cramps. They include poor blood circulation in the legs, working calf muscles too hard while exercising, not streching enough, muscle fatigue, dehydration, magnesium and potassium deficiency, a problem such as a spinal cord injury or pinched nerve in the neck or back.
