First Dr. is a Center for Chronic Care providing rehabilitative care to chronic disease patients.

Cardiac Rehabilitation is a comprehensive treatment program designed for those who have either suffered from heart disease, or have an elevated risk of developing heart disease. This includes people who have experienced or are at risk of heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty, angina, Heart Valve surgery, Heart Transplant surgery, or have tested positive for blockages of heart vessels. The program includes exercise prescription and training under strict medical supervision using state-of-the-art “Portable Heart Monitoring ECG Telemetry system”, Cardiac Risk Factor modification, education and counseling on “heart-healthy” living, thus helping patients return to an active life. The Centre for Cardiac Rehabilitation comprises leading cardiac health professionals, working under the supervision of Dr Aashish Contractor, a pioneer of Cardiac Rehabilitation in India.
