This is the polyp we removed today!
Patient presented with:
B/L nasal blockage(L>R) and discharge
CT suggestive of left antrochonal polyp (which is a mass that arises from maxillary sinus and grows into nasal cavity. It is a silent expander from nose to throat)
The main treatment is surgery.
Endoscopic sinus surgery done and entire polyp removed from its attachment.
