Dr. Abhi Vora - The Knee Doc

On Sunday, September 28th, an
Orthopedic Arthritis Screening Camp was
successfully executed at Dr. Vora's Physiocare and Sports Rehab by Dr. Abhi Vora - The Knee Doc providing omplimentary consultations and treatments to all attendees.

Comprehensive blood tests and bone marrow density measurements were also done for each patient.

Furthermore, patients received complimentary medications, cold and hot packs, and knee caps.

The camp concluded positively, with patients expressing satisfaction with the comprehensive facilities and services offered during the Orthopedic Camp.

32 year old Male suffered a
Subtrochanteric femur fracture of Right side.

Operated upon with Proximal Femur Locking Plate (PFLP)

Choice was between Long Proximal Femoral Nail (PFN) vs a PFLP

Advantages of PFLP: Stable Anatomical Reduction and early Mobilisation

1. Lateral Approach on Traction Table
2. Reduction achieved and held with clamps
3. Stablised with Interfragmentary screws and
encirclage with ss wire
4. Final fixation done with the plate
