Our Yin Yoga for Chakra Balancing gently moves through long, meditative holds—working from the base of the spine up to the crown. Each posture is held for 3–5 minutes to stimulate and release blocked energy, restore prana, and soothe the nervous system—bringing you back into harmony, body, mind, and spirit.
