🌸 A satisfying Nurses Breastfeeding Workshop Success! 🌸

An enriching, interactive workshop on breastfeeding was conducted for staff nurses from hospitals across Kandivali, Borivali & Malad — with 110 enthusiastic participants!

Led by a stellar faculty: Dr Nita Jagad, Dr Rajesh Kasla, Dr Arpita Vakil, Dr Varsha Bhosle, Dr Swapnil Kadam, Dr Sneha Kotecha & Sister Punam Rami.

Every detail — clinical content, venue, snacks, discussions — was par excellence!

One more CPR session for Patanjali yoga samiti

🌺 *BE A LIFE SAVER :KNOW CPR,*to celebrate *National BLS and CPR Day, Team IAP Mumbai* conducted a CPR training session for members of *PANTAJALI YOGA SAMITI* on 27th July 25, Sunday at IES school,charkop.

🌺The session was conducted by **Dr Rajesh Kasla,Dr Nita Jagad and Dr Arpita Shah Vakil,* who explained need of CPR, indications, different case scenarios were given and practiced by participating members, AED device function was briefed, *all got hands on training on mannequin.* Followed by volley of questions

🌺Nearly 70 members attended this session, and were eager to continue the training across their various branches

🫀 CPR Saves Lives! 🫀

An impactful CPR awareness and hands-on training session was conducted at Squatters Colony Municipal Maternity Hospital by Dr. Nita Jagad and Dr. Rajesh Kasla for nurses, ayabais, ward boys, and doctors.

We explained the what, why, and how of CPR, followed by skill-based practice on mannequins.
It was heartening to see their curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn this life-saving technique. 💪

From theory to real-time hand movements—everyone participated wholeheartedly.

A truly satisfying and meaningful experience! 🙏

21st July is a National CPR day. To spread the awareness we at IAP Mumbai organised a CPR session for residents of Govardhan nagar society , Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West. After explaining the basics and technique of CPR, everyone was given a chance to practice on mannequins. It was heartening to see the attendees asking questions with curiosity. ✨ Emotional Literacy in Action! ✨

Today was the first session of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) course in association with Rotary club and Equipoise at Vidya Niketan School, Malad West with Class 8 students – and what a start it was!

We explored Emotional Literacy through role play, group activities, and expressive acting – helping students recognize, name, and express their emotions in a safe, fun space. 🎭💬

The energy was high, the laughter was real, and the participation was heartwarming. 💛
Students not only understood emotions but also learned how to empathize and connect better with each other.

SEL is not just a subject, it’s a life skill – and we’re just getting started! 🌱🧠
Looking forward to more mindful, meaningful sessions with these bright minds. ✨
