Self Align’s Story

Are you SELF ALIGNed? Are your Thoughts, Emotions and Actions in Alignment?

When these three aspects of your being, are not in sync, you experience mental and emotional disturbance, which very often manifests into physical disease, in the body.

Based in Mumbai, Self Align is an Affiliated Training Center of the prestigious Albert Ellis Institute, (N.Y)., and offers therapy for Mental Health, in an endeavour to support you in taking care of yourself.

Workshops and one on one sessions, offered by SELF ALIGN, assist you in maintaining healthy mental, emotional and therefore, physical well being. Courses covering a range of topics, beneficial not only to mental health professionals but even those, from different walks of life, are now also offered online.
