• His relentless efforts brought Bandra 174-bed state-of-the-art cancer hospital, a long-standing need, which be operationalized in 36 months.
• His consistent advocacy revamped and upgraded Bhabha Hospital with 12-storey extension giving advanced medical facilities.
• He ensured advanced medical aid at Khar and Bandra Diagnostic Centres, Guru Nanak Dispensary and Nana Palkar Smruti Dialysis Centre.
• He revolutionized fitness and spearheaded Ladies Special Gym on Wheels and took fitness to their doorstep.
