No matter how much you feel that , if I will think there will be an answer to my thoughts or problems. It’s not happening. Overthinking does not help, structured thinking does!
When you overthink, you are trying to remove an imaginary solution to an imagined problem. Instead, focus on the real problem and stop the cycle of “What If”!

2. Have had critical parents

Self Abuse will ring a different bell in everyone’s mind. However, the best way to understand that you are self abusive is by your behavioural patterns like:
1. Comparing yourself
2. Over working
3. Self harm
4. Self criticism
5. Unnecessary self sacrifice
6. Isolating yourself
7. Staying in an abusive relationship
8. No boundaries
There are many more reasons… what is important is how do you decide to treat yourself after identifying your patterns.

Every expression we have creates a block in our mind if we do not bot learn from it or resolve it. It is extremely important for us to deal with everything that we go through, instead of just pushing it under the rug. Things that we ignore and push in ourselves, gets converted to anxiety , fear , depression , blocks in our thoughts. We start to look at things on the basis on the part that got created due to the experience…
Its best to resolve things then leave it as it is thinking it will vanish or get solved on its own.
