Here's how to cool down with Ayurvedic therapies.

- TAKRADHARA -

For high pitta (fire element) cases we use the ancient therapy of Takradhara to cool down (the mind and the rest of the body). This therapy is similar to Shirodhara, except it is given using Ayurvedic herbal buttermilk instead of oil.
