I am proud to be working as the sports physiotherapist for Lakshmi Jadala ()an exceptional para-lawn tennis athlete whose journey is a powerful reminder of what inclusion in sport truly looks like.

Lakshmi’s achievements at the national level and his qualification for the Special Olympics World Games 2027 stand as proof that talent and discipline are universal, while opportunities often are not. His progress reflects not only athletic excellence, but also the importance of access to structured training, rehabilitation, and long-term physical care for athletes with disabilities. Lakshmi’s journey reinforces why integrating sports medicine, rehabilitation, and inclusive policy is essential for building a healthier and more equitable sporting ecosystem.

Wrapped up an intense and incredibly rewarding 5-day Dry Needling Workshop!
Co-organising this training with was truly a privilege, and having as our instructor made the experience even more enriching. His depth of knowledge, skill, and passion elevated every session.

Some people just walks into your life ( here i walked in your life, where you used to wonder and stare at my long hair 😂) and change it forever. You‘ve been my rock, cheerleader, therapist who knows my heart better.

Through laughter that makes our sides hurt, tears that feel too heavy to bear alone, and countless memories that make life feel so incredibly beautiful, you’ve always been there. You’ve seen me at my best and loved me at my worst, and for that, I’m endlessly grateful.
