Ayurveda was developed in India about thousands of years ago. This was passed on to humans from the lord Dhanvanthari.

The science of life which explains the guidelines to be followed for making a healthy living is called ayurveda. Charaka Samhita [1200BC] of Charakacharya (treatise on medicine), Susruta Samhita [1000BC] of Susruthachaya (treatise on surgery) and Ashtanga Sangraha & Ashtanga Hrudaya [600 BC] of Vaghbhatacharya (treatise on basic principles) are the 3 major treatises in ayurveda. Ayurveda is the soul of our hospital, which has been providing shodhana and shaman chikitsa in a traditional way since 1993. We are located at Muvattupuzha, a calm and serene place ideal for the mind and body resurgence. Now the hospital is headed by Dr. Mani Jose MD Ayu who has long traditional inheritance from his father Vaidya P.V Jose and forefathers. To support Dr. Mani Jose, his better half Dr. Amitha Mani BAMS and also his siblings Dr. Joseph Jose MD Ayu and Dr. Kochutrasia BAMS are also joined the team. Over these years we have built a panel of well trained and professional therapists to give the best to our patients. Our panchakarma theaters are well equipped to handle all kinds of therapies. We have medicine manufacturing unit and herbal cultivation which offers a system of natural healing to our patients.
